Services

P&A offers a wide range of services including cutting, forming, welding, powder coating & assembly. All of these are in-house allowing us to complete your project from start to finish entirely within our control.

Laser

P&A offers laser cutting services for both flat sheets & tubes. From our new 4KW Prima Power LPe6f Fiber Laser / Punch to a pair of 2.5 KW BLM LT-712 CO2 tube lasers, we can handle a wide variety of parts. Networked line controllers deliver fast accurate CNC code directly to the machine tool. Powerful programming systems automatically nest parts of the same material to achieve the best material utilization for the job.

Tube

Need a tube cut, bent, rolled or punched? Our tube division features many different capabilities that enable us to fabricate tubes to just about any shape. We offer CNC tube laser cutting, rolling and bending. We can even laser cut holes/features using our BLM Tube Laser prior to bending, saving post bend processing requirements. Our Optima Laser Vision tube inspection system accurately scans bent tubes and provides feedback electronically to the bender. This reduces setup time, saving you money while providing extremely accurate parts.

Fabrication

Our fabrication division features many different processes including turret punching, rolling, deburring, hardware insertion and forming. Our machine tools are CNC controlled for reliability and accuracy and include (4) Amada HDS press brakes for quick set-up and accurate repeatability. Hardware insertion is a snap with auto-feed tooling for those larger jobs.

Welding

Our weld shop offers both MIG and TIG welding services. Our expert craftsmen are experienced in not only welding your products to exacting standards, but also providing the necessary finish work to compliment the job. We utilize both Motoman and FANUC robotic welders for medium to large production jobs. Bluco precision modular welding tables make setting up jobs quick and easy. We can even handle larger products with our twin one ton overhead cranes. Materials processed are primarily carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum. If you have welding requirements, consider giving our craftsmen a chance to show you their expertise and quality.

Powder Coating

Powder coating is applied via an automated, overhead conveyor system. Parts are hung on an overhead motorized conveyor line and automatically processed through wash, dry, powder application and cure. Our 3-stage iron phosphate pretreatment bath ensures that your parts are clean and ready for the powder application. Maximum size is 30” wide x 72” tall x 108” long. We stock many colors from which to choose. Catalog colors, custom colors and custom packaging are available upon request
