Founded On A Dream
In early 1978, after 20 years in the metal business, Phil Aronson walked out the door to follow a dream. Putting his life savings on the line, Phil founded his own metal fabrication company and set up shop in a two-car garage. Today, this small family business has grown to include 75 dedicated employees and, fortunately, a larger location. Plant size has multiplied to 80,000 square feet to keep up with rapid business growth. Our early success was recognized as far away as Japan. As a result, P&A is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Kyoshin Giken Co., Ltd. We’ve come a long way from a dream and a two-car garage.
